Mullan was born to Argentinian immigrant parents as one of three children. His father was a born-again Christian preacher, and his mother was from Buenos Aires. He says that his creative comedy side comes from his mother.<\/p>\n

When Mullan was a kid, he came to Australia with his parents to visit his family in Perth and Sydney. His aunt and cousins live in Western Australia, and he’ve had a couple of aunts that lived in Sydney in the ’90s. Likewise, his brother once lived in Down Under Bar and Grill in Brisbane for a year. From an Apprentice Carpenter To Landing TV Gigs<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Mullan started his working life on building sites as an apprentice carpenter. In 2013, he made his first appearance on screen in an independent film,\u00a0Out of Here.\u00a0<\/em>More notably, he appeared in films such as\u00a0Rebellion, Charlie,\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Love, Rosie.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

The 33-year-old Mullan relocated to London and continued to work on his stand-up routine. After the COVID-19 pandemic cut short his five-year stage career, he started his own podcast during the lockdown.<\/p>\n

Finally, Mullan managed to catch the eye of\u00a0Love Island\u00a0<\/em>producers who were looking for a replacement for Eoghan McDermott ahead of the launch of season three. Apart from these, he has also filmed a bunch of ads for the National Dairy Council.<\/p>\n

Cultivated Comedy from “Dark” Side<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In his teens, Mullan ended up in a psychiatric ward with depression and drug abuse issues. Thankfully, he started searching for the brighter side of his dark life and eventually, he got into arts.<\/p>\n

His debut album\u00a0Son of a Preacher Man <\/em>was about his issues with suicide and depression. Now, he is an advocate for mental health. He has even launched a podcast called Hello Stevo, <\/em>which seeks to discover the hilarious part of everyday life, even on the toughest of days.<\/p>\n

The new\u00a0Love Island Australia\u00a0<\/em>narrator hasn’t unveiled much about his romantic affair. His social accounts are entirely void of his possible love affair.<\/p>\n

Even though Mullan hasn’t yet confirmed his dating status, he likely provided a hint to suggest that he is in a relationship. In a recent interview, he said<\/a> that he and his partner are hooked on Gogglebox.<\/em><\/p>\n
