Amidst the global pandemic, Brooke Shields has kept us drooling over her erotic bikini snaps.
The mother of two children, Rowan, 17, and Grier, 14, was snapped in a jaw-dropping bikini click around her Hamptons home swimming pool. She looked ravishingly hot as she came out of the swimming pool in’ hot and wet avatar’ while gracing a patriotic bikini. It was like a treat to Independence Day, which falls on July 4.
Who would believe she is in her mid-fifties?
Shields flaunted her curves on blue-starred bikini top and red stripy bottoms. She was in all smiles with her hair slicked back when she came out of the swimming pool. Undoubtedly, the photographs garnered queries for her youthful appearance. But, it’s not the only snap, she acquired applauds for the graceful curves; the actress also gleamed on a bright orange swimsuit.

One of the fans longed to know the secrets behind her attractive frame.
“Question. Where did you find the fountain of youth?”
Another pointed out she is an ageless beauty.
“Brooke at 55 you has the most gorgeous body,”
The third comment spoke the fact she still owns youthful presence. She might have left 30 years behind.
“You are the essence of perfection for a woman who might be 55 but looks like she is 25!!!!”
The fourth comment seemed desperate to squeeze out what diet routines or workout session, the ‘Suddenly Susan’ star followed.
“You look amazing. Please share your secret,”
Initially a child model, Shields revealed she never had a stereotypical leaner figure like the supermodel of 80s and 90s. All her lifetime, none ever considered her skinny; instead, she knew she had robust bone structure; hence she focused on acquiring muscle. In the early days, she indulged in workout routines as well as dancing classes to fit the bill of the campaign.
“When I was younger, it was all ego-based: If you want to be in this campaign, you have to stay fit. If you want to be in this Broadway show, you have to be this fit; you have to dance this much every day,” she revealed to InStyle in May.
She is ecstatic to have the summer body again (though she is blessed with it). For summer wear, she is daring enough to negotiate her foodie craves.
“Summer’s coming up. I kind of want to be able to wear a bathing suit and I want to be able to do the same. So the ego piece is real and sometimes it’s enough. The wanting to eat and wanting to drink is very real as well. So I try to negotiate because I don’t want to stop any of the things that I really like to do.”
Her Instagram account serves most of the fitness regime on the hook. Either the weight-lifting workout or ballsy training, she has included them in her home-quarantine schedule. She has loved them all; she loathes none of the outdoor routines. In the past few months, she has applied a new approach to her fitness and health. The actress has attended “a live-streaming meditation led by Deepak Chopra on Facebook” lately.

She explained how she outlooked the spiritual element amidst the workout regimen. So, she thought of honoring the trio of body, mind, and soul as a whole.
“Before that, I’d never focused on the spiritual element of exercise or the idea of honoring your body and soul. Those were just words before; they didn’t feel real.”
One of her daughters poked her, saying if she “is going to get all Zen now,” as she took meditation class all of a sudden.
While the Blue Lagoon actress clarified, “working out has never been Zen” for her. The meditation was only another form of giving her peace of mind.
