She is unafraid to share how she was once annoyed by a creepy sugar daddy. Hocking also knows why men in their mid-forties can be a better boyfriend. Her monthly column on dating adventure is a relief among potential boyfriend/girlfriend, who often receive a mixed signal from their love interest.
Men over 45 make greater boyfriend?
On a dating app, female stay steers clear of older men. Yes! She is accurate about avoiding a guy with a criminal record or a man who doesn’t text after the first date. Yet she suggests one to go for an old guy who would probably be looking after kids with his wife. Nonetheless, she is assured that there is plenty of guy fetching for romance in their forties. He can be either divorcee or a bachelor; it depends on luck.
“Now, at the other end of the spectrum, according to the ABS, the median age for divorce was 45.9 years of age for males. So just to be on the safe side, why not set your age preferences for guys over 45 years old?”

One of the merits of over 45 years old boyfriend is- they don’t get scared of commitment like the younger guys. Though they may be handy as in a divorcee, they fulfill an old school romance times, such as being poor at ‘playing hard to get.’ Hocking suggests having a Facetime rather than calls/texts/chats so girls wouldn’t end getting a date with grandpa instead.
How to avoid sugar, daddy?
On Tuesday morning, Jana received a message from creepy and copper-haired older men around 50s or 60s if she desired for a sugar-daddy. It was the most random message she had ever received as the producer was never into a guy, lavishing extravagant gifts on girls in exchange of sexual favors.
“Hey Hun, I want to spoil you, got your details off Bumble. Don’t stress I don’t bite. You ever had a sugar daddy??”
And she slammed back the old creep writing:
“F**k right off you F***ing creep! Why would I need someone to pay my way. You sad creep!”
In a few seconds her mobile rang again with a text:
“Don’t be like that.”
She responded:
“How sad that you need to pay someone to give you attention.”
The radio producer wanted him to ‘feel shame’ to which he messaged once more:
“Please calm down, you have taken this all the wrong way. Sorry for upsetting you.”

She couldn’t sit straight after rumbling through the messages of the older man. Hocking also couldn’t gulp up the fact how he came up fetching her for the candidacy of sugar daddy. So, she searched through his name in Google and found out he wasn’t a typical tedious older man. Turned out h,e had a public identity and job description. Next, she unlocked her phone, tapped on the Facebook Messenger, and wrote back:
“If you work (insert name of his work here) it’s really not wise to ask people to be your sugar daddy. Message me (or any girl) and I will report you to the police.”
Believe it or not, he blocked the Triple M producer right away.

A few months back, she answered the most-questioned dilemma of guys regarding relationships and dating tips in the Q/A session on Instagram. She put on her response straight away whether women watched porn or not, and why all of a sudden, they go for hot and cold behavior without any notice?

She nodded her head:
‘Yes, yes they do. Even the quiet ones.’

Go lavish on the first date or keep it subtle?
She suggests guys prepare date on their personal choice of restaurant and bars, which provides insight on his taste as well as personality, if somehow, the relationship works, she recommends guy to plan a romantic date, not necessarily a lavish or low-key setup.
Why some aren’t into the first date or even cancel them without warning?
If a person isn’t invested in their respective partner, they don’t make an effort for a date. Jana Hocking says:
“If you’re really excited for a date you would never cancel. You may have a million wines beforehand to calm the nerves but you go on the date.”
Does older guy turn off the women?
She finds it unsuitable though she once went out with a guy much older than her. The radio producer is surprisingly baffled by the fact that the old guy only searches for the women in their early twenties and thirties instead of going for the same proportion of age. In a relationship, the age might be just a number, but a characteristic taste and feeing must be a match.
Why does a girl go under hot and cold behavior all of sudden?
Relationship rules always favor ‘playing hard to get.’ And Miss Hocking believes that hot and cold approach falls under it. Or, they might be hot and cold due to two reasons.
“This could mean that she’s not 100 per cent convinced you’re the right one”
And the other:
“She might be enjoying the attention she’s getting but also want to keep her options open”
Why women unmatch when guys send them a message?
Cheesy lines are mostly turn-offs. Hence, Hocking says if the message was too cheesy or sleazy, they might have got you out of their par. Also, she advises people to stay away from guys who often copy-paste the lines likely to all of their connections.
