19-years-old, Lucius Hoyos has his heart set on both the US and Canada. He has no hassles in picking up the production houses; what matters is if Lucius finds an easy attachment with the character.
He is notable for his screen presence in Heroes Reborn, Between, and Bark Ranger. At only eleven, he knew where his passion stayed. Like his brother, Ricardo Hoyos, who stands six feet tall, Lucius packed his bags for a long journey into Cineplex since 2012.
Movies and TV shows
In 2012, Lucius starred in a teen movie, ‘The Lesser Blessed’ as Donny Beck. After a debutant movie, he continued playing minute roles in The Colony, Port Hope, What If, Lucky Seven, and Oh Christmas Tree in 2013. Each year, he was bounded with a new script. In 2014, Lucius had a guest appearance in TV series- Max and Shred and Saving Hope.

The same year, he played Pascal, tangled into the churns of politics, conspiracies, and treachery of the French court in ‘Reign.’ A year later, he became a saving grace of dogs in the movie, Bark Ranger. Amidst the hectic schedule in 2015, he was too occupied as a voice actor for animated TV series- PAW Patrol and Little Charmers. Also, he quickly immersed in the character Jose Gutierrez, in Heroes Reborn, where inspiring heroes reform the ruins of terrorism.
Lucius left an unforgettable impression following the portrayal of McCalister in the mystery thriller, ‘Between.’ His acting stint ripened with every subsequent walk-on part in Incorporated, Go Away Unicorn, and Chad. No doubt, the 2020 movie, ‘Once Upon a Time in Staten Island,’ will showcase Lucius’s adaptability among the character perception, backdrop, and the feasibility of the script.

He looks as pretty as a picture, fitting in the frame of 5’10” height. And the blame might go to the blend of ethnicity. His father belongs to Peruvian/Ecuadorian descent, while his mother, Eileen, has French Canadian, Irish/Scottish sides. Hence, the mixed ethnicity race might have worked in Lucius and Ricardo’s case.

Both the brothers shares similar interests, from working in film/TV projects to playing guitar. Ricardo has notable works in Dino Dan, Degrassi: The Next Generation, Degrassi: Minis, and Truth or Dare.

Lucius grew up playing soccer and sharing secrets with his mother. They have a close-knit bond where she got hold of his acting passion while retaining his boyhood trickeries in front of the mother. Even the social media doesn’t hide what holds in between Lucius and his mum, Eileen.
