Millie Boyle is an Australian rugby league and rugby union footballer who plays for the Brisbane Broncos in the NRL Women’s Premiership. She is a dual-code international, having played for both the Australian Jillaroos and Australian Wallaroos.

The 23-year-old Boyle referenced her partner Elliott’s torn-up contract with the Bulldogs in their first public photo as a couple. She wrote on Instagram:

Boyle and Elliott are actually former high school classmates. The two have been loved-up for almost five months now, managing a long-distance relationship while Elliott plays for Canberra, and Boyle plays for Brisbane.

Millie Boyle’s Scandal with Adam Elliott
Two months before going public, Millie Boyle and Adam Elliott created a scandal after they were caught kissing, in the male bathroom at a Queensland pub and was escorted out of the venue by security.
At the time, Boyle leapt to Elliott’s defence, saying:
“Look, all we did was have a kiss in the bathroom. It’s been taken way out of context. It’s a big kerfuffle about nothing.”
Elliott was fined $10,000 and stood down from the final two games of the Bulldogs’ NRL season before he was officially sacked. Meanwhile, Boyle was issued a warning by NRL and was given education and training regarding the obligations of NRL and NRLW players in public.

Millie Boyle is the daughter of David Boyle and Shelley Boyle. Her father, David, is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s for Canberra Raiders (1991-98) and Bradford Bulls (1999-00).

When Boyle was 12 years old, her dad suffered a brain injury while working on the family farm in Cobargo and was flown to Canberra hospital where he was put in an induced coma. He spent four months in a brain injury rehabilitation clinic to re-learn how to perform small tasks and regain his memory.

Apart from her father, Boyle’s uncle, Jason Croker, also played club football for the Canberra Raiders and Catalans Dragons (a French Super League club). Her uncle was also an Australian international and New South Wales State of Origin representative utility player.
Her older brother, Morgan, and her cousin, Lachlan Croker, play for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. Along with Morgan, she has three younger sisters: Daisy, Hannah, and Stella. Her sister Hannah has Down syndrome.
