According to Sydney Local Health District Official Facebook Page, Concord Hospital, situated in the Inner West Sydney, is closed to the public from the 9th of September from 8 am onwards until 10 am of the 11th of September after several staff members tested positive to coronavirus. The hospital will be undergoing deep cleaning during the shut period.

The hospital authority, in their statement, said, “Staffs who got diagnosed with COVID-19 are currently in isolation. ”Similarly, people recognized as contacts are being tested for Covid-19 and are isolating for 14 days.
The hospital authority also confirmed that there is no evidence of any ongoing danger, and the hospital is taking all possible precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
